94-year-old Ervin Wangsness of Calmar died Sunday, June 16th, at the Ossian Senior Hospice.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 20th, at the Calmar Lutheran Church, with Reverend Phillip Olson presiding. Burial will be in the Calmar Lutheran Cemetery.

Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, at the Schluter--Balik Funeral Home,French Chapel in Calmar and also after 10:00 a.m. at the church on Thursday.

Ervin's survivors include his wife: Lorraine Wangsness, Calmar, IA. Six children: LuAnn Wangsness (Don Billen) Seattle, WA; Luther (Karen) Anderson, Calmar, IA; LeRoy (Susan) Anderson,Corning, CA; LaVerne (Julie) Anderson, Ossian, IA; Lisa Anderson, Dubuque,IA; and Lowell (Laurel) Anderson, Escondido, CA.
