"People really care about this community and ensuring the vitality of the downtown area. They want to see the building occupied and Decorah's downtown thriving."

The 117 year old 15,048 square foot commercial building on the corner of West Water Street and Washington Street is listed at $475,000. Folkedahl says plans are underway to hold a community open house once the building is completely cleared out so that people can see the space and the visualize potential business opportunity.
